It is an accessory to common boiler processes. To increase efficiency and reduce heat loss, this process transfers heat from the flue gases to the combustion air before it enters the furnace. Combustion air preheaters are used in large boilers in thermal power plants. (e.g. a sugar factory) to recover heat to the boiler system. Reduce energy loss and maintain the temperature of the fuel gas before leaving the chimney. Nearly 80% of Thailand’s thermal power plants should have an Air preheater system in their factories to reduce costs and loss of air temperature. This is because in the first module of the air preheater system, there is a “temperature difference between the outside of the tube and inside the tube” (fuel gas environment air inlet), which makes the pipe more damaged and prone to corrosion.
